Tier 4 Quest

How to upgrade from Tier 3 to Tier 4.

Requirements:

Gather the required items for the quest.

Dark Angel (Tier 3) Complete Set + 15 + Full Option
Holy Angel Spirit x1

Jewel of Bless x90
Jewel of Soul x90

Higher Refining Stone x90

Quest NPC:

After you completed the above requirements, talk to the Quest NPC of your appropriate class in Arena 2.

NOTE: Clicking on the Quest NPC will automatically complete the quest (considering you have completed all the requirements)
